Here’s is a tiny tale of a passionate Chef who turned out to be the master of a successful restaurant. Meet Mr. Rajnish Yadav, who mastered Culinary management by working at multiple spectrum of hotel management. He started his amazing career in 2007. He laid his stepping stones as an Executive Chef for four golden years at Radisson hotels. In the next four years, he grew up with utmost enthusiasm and joined an Indian restaurant chain to master his profession as a Corporate Chef. Under his mastery, with the professional zeal of his team, they opened 120 restaurants in India, 4 outlets in USA and 2 other outlets in Australia. And what else? Did he stop there? Of course not. Here’s a lot more to know about him. His thriving ambition strived him to do the recipe management, yield management and to create SOPs for outlets. He became the foundation pillar of his team. He then joined a new venture in Dubai as Operations – Country Head & Corporate Chef. For 5 years, he brilliantly handled FOH & BOH teams, recruitment and recipe management. And, here comes the much awaited break through of his career. In March 2021, his consistent hard work made his dream come true. He launched his own entrepreneurship, the Babaram Restaurant ( Shree Haldiram) which turned out to be an abode of best Indian cuisines at the heart of Sharjah.
